My interest in art started as a young girl. I remember watching my Grandpa, a self-taught artist, doodle in the margins of his newspaper. I picked up the same habit which may have developed my interest in using newsprint as a medium. My artistic gifts have always been encouraged by my family, teachers and friends. Along the way I've been given many opportunities to develop my talent by creating pieces as gifts for others.

Currently, I live in Piedmont, Oklahoma and treasure the time spent with my family. It is my great pleasure to serve the Oklahoma art community through the Oklahoma Art Guild, Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition and the Piedmont Library and Cultural Events Society.
